LOXXIE stands behind the quality of our hair extensions. We offer a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase that covers manufacturing defects. If you experience excessive shedding, tangling, or matting under normal use and proper care, we will evaluate your claim on a case-by-case basis and offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Warranty Void Conditions

• Chemical treatments (coloring, bleaching, perming) applied after purchase
• Heat damage from improper use of styling tools
• Failure to follow recommended care instructions
• Normal wear and tear beyond the 6-month period
• Extensions purchased from unauthorized resellers

How to File a Warranty Claim

Email info@loxxie.com or call 801-419-5825 with your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description. Our team will review your case and respond within 1–2 business days.

Turnaround

All orders are shipped within 48 hours, Monday–Friday.

Carrier

All orders ship via USPS.

LOXXIE offers free standard shipping on orders $299+.

• $10.50 — USPS Ground Advantage (3–7 business days)

Backorders

We do not accept backorders. All items must be in stock at the time of purchase.

LOXXIE offers color matching suggestions as a courtesy to help you find the best shade for your client or yourself. However, color suggestions are not a guarantee of a perfect match. Monitor colors may vary, and lighting conditions affect how colors appear.

We strongly recommend ordering a free color sample to compare in natural lighting before committing to a full order. This helps ensure satisfaction and reduces returns.

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date, subject to the following conditions:

• Hair extensions must be in original, unopened packaging and in unworn condition
• Extensions that have been worn, washed, colored, or altered in any way are not eligible for return
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
• All returns require a Return Authorization — please submit the form below or contact us before shipping

Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.
